Galesburg Railroad Museum Commemorative Brick

Carl W. Ahline was the son of Charles John and Eva Charlotte Ahline. Before working for the railroad he was part owner of the Community Store on 805 N Cherry st along with his father-in-law Fred Larson. He was a fireman and worked out of Dixon, Il for a few years. Then when coming back to Galesburg he became the City Health Officer and worked there until retirement.
